How it works

Describe what needs watering
List lawns, borders, vegetable beds and pots separately. Send recent photos of your own garden, the water source and access route when we contact you; include approximate sizes and the times you are away.

Check supply and zones
A specialist needs to establish the water source, usable flow and pressure, plant needs and pipe routes. Different beds may need separate zones. An outside tap alone does not establish that a proposed system is suitable.

Agree controls and installation
Discuss manual or timed control, rain delays and access to shut-off points. Ask about efficient irrigation and whether rainwater harvesting or stored water would be suitable; storage, filtration and pumping may need assessment. Agree the design, work scope and quote before installation.
Discussing the specialist's offer
Heritage Horticultural has confirmed that it designs and installs irrigation. No particular brand, controller or system specification is promised here. Rainwater use and efficient watering are options to assess, not features guaranteed for every garden or contractor.
