1. Definitions

"We", "us", "our" refers to Weed Control UK. "You", "your" refers to the customer commissioning our services. "Services" refers to all weed survey, identification, treatment and management services we provide.

2. Free Survey

Our initial site survey is provided free of charge with no obligation. The survey includes a visual inspection of the property and surrounding area, species identification, and a verbal assessment. A written report and quote are provided following the survey at no cost.

3. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices quoted are fixed and include all materials, labour and equipment unless otherwise stated. VAT is included where applicable.

4. Treatment Services

Treatment programmes typically span multiple growing seasons. The exact duration depends on the species and severity of the infestation. We will agree a treatment schedule with you before work begins.

You agree to provide reasonable access to the treatment area during the scheduled treatment programme. Failure to provide access may delay treatment and affect the guarantee.

5. Insurance-Backed Guarantee

Our 10-year insurance-backed guarantee covers regrowth of the treated species within the treatment area. The guarantee is transferable to new property owners upon sale. The guarantee is subject to the terms set out in the guarantee certificate provided upon completion of the treatment programme.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual quotation. We accept bank transfer, debit card and credit card. Payment plans are available on request for residential customers.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel a treatment programme at any time by giving written notice. If treatment has already commenced, you will be charged for work completed to date. No cancellation fee applies to the free survey.

8. Liability

We carry £10 million public liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for pre-existing structural damage caused by invasive species prior to our involvement.

9. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
