Demolition & Structural Dismantling
From single garages to multi-storey commercial structures, we plan, permit and carry out demolition with the invasive weed and contamination risk handled in the same contract — so your site is genuinely ready to build on.
Structural Demolition
Mechanical and top-down demolition of commercial, industrial and residential structures.
Soft Strip
Internal strip-outs ahead of refurbishment, with segregated recycling of fixtures and fittings.
Asbestos-Aware Works
R&D surveys reviewed before works; licensed removal arranged where asbestos is present.
Crush & Recycle
On-site crushing of arisings to 6F2 where permitted, cutting muck-away costs.
Muck-Away & Clearance
Licensed waste carriers, full duty-of-care documentation on every load.
Weed Risk Handled
Knotweed, bamboo and hogweed identified and treated before machines move — no spread, no enforcement.

Why demolition and weed control belong together
Moving contaminated soil is the single fastest way to spread Japanese knotweed across a site — and to attract enforcement under the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Because we survey and treat invasive species as well as demolishing, contaminated material is identified, segregated and dealt with before an excavator ever touches it.
What demolition costs
Small domestic structures such as garages and outbuildings typically start around £1,500–£4,000. Detached houses generally run £8,000–£20,000 depending on access, asbestos and muck-away distance. Commercial and industrial demolition is priced per project after a site survey — every quote is fixed and itemised, with recycling credits passed back to you.
